How does Jionee work?
Simply browse our services, select what you need, pay via M-Pesa, and a verified provider will come to your location. You can track them in real-time on a live map.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa (Safaricom), Airtel Money, and T-Kash via our secure SasaPay payment gateway. You'll receive an STK push notification on your phone to confirm payment.
How are providers verified?
All Jionee providers are licensed medical professionals — clinical radiographers, sonographers, echocardiographers, and physiotherapists. Each provider is vetted and onboarded through our admin team.
Can I track the provider after booking?
Yes! Once a provider accepts your order, you'll see their live GPS location on a map. You'll also receive a tracking link via SMS that you can share with family or caregivers.
Do I receive an invoice?
Absolutely. After every completed service, a professional invoice with full VAT breakdown (16%) is auto-generated and sent to you via SMS. You can access all your invoices anytime in the app.
What areas do you cover?
Jionee operates across all 47 counties in Kenya. Our provider network is strongest in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and Machakos, with continuous expansion into rural areas.
How do I become a provider?
Qualified medical professionals can join Jionee by signing up as a provider. Our admin team handles onboarding — creating your profile, verifying credentials, and assigning your services — usually within 24 hours.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you can cancel an order before the provider completes the service. The order returns to provider selection so you can choose a different provider if needed.
